Providing your team with the tools and techniques to manage stress, increase wellbeing, and improve mental health outcomes.

The Workshops

- Tools for managing difficult behaviours
- Boosting resilience with simple daily actions
- The neuroscience of mindfulness and self-esteem
- Relaxation and mindfulness techniques
- How to practise emotional granularity
- How to foster metacognition (thinking about thinking)
- The brain on shame (and how to rewire it)
- Self-coaching for behaviour change
The Facilitators:

Jamie Stedman
Jamie is an accredited Mental Health First Aid Facilitator, a Mindset Coach, and a Domestic Abuse Programs Facilitator. Since 2016, Jamie has worked with hundreds of individuals and groups, and enjoys offering a non-judgemental space for those who are looking for actionable tools and support, drawing from his own life experience combined with science-based research. Years ago, Jamie faced a life threatening illness that led to him suffering survivor’s guilt and depression, which has helped him to empathise with mental health battles beyond the theory, and to build his own resilience toolkit. Jamie understands everyone is different, and therefore provides a range of tools to help people figure out what works for them, so they can live their best lives and move towards their goals.

Denise Mills
With a strong interest in neuroscience and behaviour change stemming from a search for her own answers, Denise’s focus and skillset is on providing engaging and easy-to-understand information on the mind and brain, with a goal to improve behaviour change literacy. Denise is an NLP Practitioner, an Acceptance and Commitment Practitioner, she is certified in Mental Health First Aid, and certified in Applied Brain Health and Neuroscience. Denise refers to herself a recovering perfectionist, and is passionate about living a values-driven life. She believes that with the right information and support, we are all capable of creating change.
Testimonial
“Each year we work together as a team on a relevant topic at our annual kick off, and this year we chose Mental Health. We asked Jamie and Denise to deliver their content after a strong referral from another company. It can be a tricky topic to cover with a varied team, but Jamie and Denise put together a program that integrated with what we are trying to achieve as an organisation. We needed a model beyond the ‘one size fits all’ approach and that’s certainly what we got. In reviewing the event with my whole team, the feedback and conversations following have been great. Well done and thank you for what you brought to our business!”
